Member/Guest Experience Specialist

Job Description

The Member and Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for providing great customer service to our members and guests. Successful team members will assist members and guests with information, sales, and service. The specialist will work closely with the administrative team 0n selling ski lift tickets, retail items, member reservations and requests. Basic office tasks and additional duties may be assigned when necessary.

Salary:

Starting wage at HoliMont is $16/hr and increasing based on role, experience, education, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

Greeting and Assisting Members and Guests at the Front Desk
Managing and Processing Member Reservations and Requests.
Answering and Transferring Phone Calls
Using Basic Office Equipment, Such as Printers, Scanners, and Computers to Perform Office Duties.
Conducting Ticket Sales, Printing Tickets, Handling Currency, and Running a Cash Register
Data Entry and Administration support.

Must Have Good Customer Service and Communication Skills

Requirements

Must have basic knowledge with using a computer. Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not necessary.
Available to work weekends necessary.
Must be 16 years or older.
