Rental Shop Technician

Job Description

The Rental shop technician will assist our membership and guests with rentals, repairs, and tuning. Technicians fit and adjust ski and snowboard equipment accurately, safely, and with an upbeat attitude. They are eager to learn about winter sports equipment, settings, and ensuring proper binding compatibility and operation. This position will collaborate with Snowsports School, Administration, and Management to better serve our membership and guests.

Job Duration:

Part-Time or Full-Time

Salary:

Starting wage at HoliMont is $15 and increasing based on role, experience, education, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

Report to work in a timely manner with a positive approach to each day.
Accept training and pass binding certification tests as required.
Sell, rent, repair, and tune all winter sports equipment.
Assist all members and guests with rental and sales.
Verify rental form is completed and signed by all.
Support Ski Shop Staff with requested tasks such as cleaning, inventory, maintenance, and management of rental equipment fleet.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Support Rental Manager in all binding testing and equipment repairs.
Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Necessary handling and movement of ski and snowboard equipment.
Tool and Ski Tuning Equipment Use.
Use of Respirator, gloves, ear, and eye protection
