Event Coordinator

Job Description

The Event Coordinator will assist the Marketing Director with planning and organizing social events at our club, arranging event services, maintaining the event calendar and scheduling, booking ski groups and private parties/events.

Job Duration:

Full Time/ Seasonal. Between the Months of December through April


Starting wage at HoliMont is $15 and increasing based on role, experience, education, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understanding the requirements for each event.
  • Planning events with attention to financial and time constraints.
  • Able to work alone and in a team setting. 
  • Able to use Google Calendar, Excel, and other basic computer programs.
  • Be able to keep track of ticketed events, registrations, and any other paperwork involved with the event.


  • High-school Diploma or higher.
  • Experience in event planning or hosting preferred.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills required.
  • Networking skills: familiar with phone, email and social media correspondence.
  • Excellent time management and creative thinking.


  • Must be able to work weekends, some nights, and some Holidays.
  • Must be comfortable in a large group setting, and crowds of people.
  • Must be comfortable conversing in person, over the phone and through email.
